Returns Policy

Purchases of photographic prints are final.

Unfortunately, due to the custom and limited edition nature of our photographic pieces, we are unable to offer returns. We are unable to accept exchanges or refunds of prints for change of mind, size changes, etc. We do our best to offer as much information as possible prior to purchasing, so rather than make a decision you feel unsure of, please contact us prior to purchasing if you need any further information on our artworks. We are question answering masters, and here to help.

While each of our pieces is individually checked for quality assurance before leaving our gallery, we do understand that things can happen. If your print has been damaged in transit please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods by emailing hello@piapia.art. Please make sure to open your package within this time frame as we cannot help you at a later date.

Please keep all original packaging and the print as we may require photos or the original print to process your claim.
