Are prices on the website in Australian dollars?
Yes. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. If you are purchasing from outside of Australia this tax will be automatically deducted at checkout.
Will I be charged sales tax?
We send all goods from Australia. Depending on your location you may be charged sales tax by your country of residence. You will not be charged extra sales tax if you reside within Australia (GST is included in our prices).

What is the difference between a limited edition print and an open edition print?
A limited edition print is only available in a limited quantity. An open edition is not numbered and the quantity is not limited. Both prints are signed, only the limited edition is numbered.
I love a limited edition print that has finished its print run, can I custom order?
Unfortunately, no.
How are your prints made?
Each of our pieces is professionally Giclée printed on heavyweight archival paper, or specialty metallic paper (as specified on each individual product.) All prints are made in Australia, as we are proud to support local business!

How will my print arrive?
We’re trying to do our part to create an environmentally sustainable and responsible business. Our packaging is recyclable and when possible, reused/reusable.
Do you offer framing?
Currently, we do no offer framing. We are currently working hard alongside our beloved local professional framer to make framing available to you, which we hope will be ready ASAP. If you live in Sydney, get in touch with us and we can offer you some incredible framing recommendations!
Photographic Print Care
All of our prints are of the highest archival quality. and should last for generations with proper care. To ensure the longevity of your photographic print we recommend keeping your print out of direct sunlight, and most importantly, having it framed by a professional framer. Ideally, your framing should be done with archival quality mat boards and a lightweight acrylic.
Can I use your images?
Sorry, no! Not unless you first obtain permission to reproduce our images, by email. It is a breach of copyright otherwise. All images must be credited to the original photographer and linked to http://www.piapia.art if they leave this site, regardless of where you intend to publish/reblog/use/cherish/promote. Pia | Pia Originals are to the credit of Pia|Pia, and must be credited as such.
What information do you collect and will you keep it private?
Of course! We’re good people and we intend to keep it that way. We’re committed to keeping your privacy and will only use the information we collect about you lawfully and purely to fulfil your order. We won’t even spam you! But you know what we would love?
